Direct answer
Use the national or regional FSE portal with SPID, CIE or CNS according to your assistance region. It shows documents linked to your health position and consents. The national portal may redirect to the regional platform: select the region providing your healthcare, not your place of birth. First access may require consent or registry-data verification.
Who this applies to
SSN/SSR patients with digital identity; delegation is needed for minors and protected people. Use the adult’s own SPID, CIE or CNS without sharing credentials; for a child or protected person use the portal delegation. Check the access log.
Practical steps
- identify the portal
- select SPID, CIE or CNS
- read information and manage consent
- check documents and the access log. National support explains access with SPID, CIE and CNS and regional channels; save your region’s support page for account recovery.
Documents to keep
Your own digital identity, tax code and health card if the portal requests them. Never send passwords or OTP codes to unofficial forms or staff.
Verifiable timing and costs
Digital access is free; document upload, consent handling and update timing depend on the region and provider.
Exceptions and special cases
A child or protected person uses delegation or representation; a document from an out-of-network provider may not appear. The national portal does not replace the regional platform.
If the procedure stalls
If login works but the profile is empty, check region, tax code and SSN registration, then open a regional ticket with the date and screenshot while minimising personal data.
Practical example
Example: after moving region, Fatima selects her new care region, checks the registry is updated and signs in to FSE with her own SPID.
