Direct answer
The document may not yet be published, belong to another region or be hidden. Request a copy from the provider first, then report the issue to FSE support. The FSE is not the laboratory’s original archive: the provider that produced the report is the first place to request a copy. Ask its report service for the delivery channel and service identifier.
Who this applies to
Patients missing a visit, test or hospital document. When reporting an issue, state region, provider, date and document type, but do not send a full report to an address not published by the portal. Keep the ticket number and reply.
Practical steps
- check date, provider and region
- check filters and hiding
- request a copy
- open an FSE ticket with date and report type. If the document is hidden, check consent and delegation; do not repeat a test merely because the file is not yet visible.
Documents to keep
ID, health card, service date and type, provider and receipt or booking number. Do not attach the full report unless support requests it.
Verifiable timing and costs
There is no single national publication deadline: it depends on provider and region. A provider copy follows its stated channel and any declared charge.
Exceptions and special cases
Older, hidden or out-of-network reports may be absent; delegation can limit visibility. Do not repeat a test merely because the file is delayed.
If the procedure stalls
If the provider confirms transmission, keep the reply and ask FSE support for a technical check; for a copy use the provider's report or privacy channel.
Practical example
Example: the laboratory confirms transmission but the report is missing; Luca requests a copy, opens a ticket with date and provider, and keeps both references.
