Ask the ASL to check the updated list and the route for a temporary doctor or exceptional choice. A name online does not mean the doctor accepts new patients. Do not select a doctor merely because the name appears in the list: ask the choice/revocation office to record that the district has no places and to explain its local options. Caps and exceptions are organised territorially.

SSN patients without an available doctor in the district. Attach a dated screenshot or list, your tax code and SSN proof. Ask whether a documented domicile, family-reunification or other exception exists, without assuming it is automatic.

Choosing an SSN doctor is free, but there is no single national deadline for an assignment. Private consultations and extra services have separate charges.
Exceptions and special cases
An exception is not automatic: it must be provided for and justified by the ASL or region. For urgent needs use the continuity service named by the ASL, not as a permanent replacement.
If the procedure stalls
If there is no reply, send a traceable reminder to the health registry and ask for the person responsible for the file. Do not choose a doctor outside the area at random and keep proof.

Example: every district doctor is full; Amina files a documented request for her co-resident child, obtains a protocol number and asks for the temporary alternative named by the district.
