Essential information
Outside quotas does not mean unrestricted entry for any job. Specific categories, including those under Article 27 of the Immigration Consolidated Act, have different conditions and channels. The source describes translators and interpreters, not a rule for every category.
How and where to seek help
Identify the applicable category first. Check with the Sportello Unico or consular mission, depending on the route, which authorisations and documents are required. Do not automatically use the ordinary Decreto Flussi procedure.
