Which B1 certificate is required and what exemptions apply?

For applications subject to the language requirement, prove at least CEFR level B1 with an accepted certificate. Exemptions apply to integration-agreement holders, EU long-term residents and people with serious learning limitations related to age, illness or disability under Constitutional Court judgment no. 25/2025. Attach the certificate or exemption evidence.
