Which document do you need?
Residence and family-status certificates are different. Check the requested document name before selecting it in ANPR. The service shows certificates available for you and eligible family members.

Sign in on the official site using an accepted digital identity. Select the intended use and check any stamp-duty requirement; not every certificate is free. Review the details before downloading. MigraItalia does not receive credentials or certificates.
Have you moved?
Downloading a certificate does not register a new address. Use the separate change-of-residence procedure. If the details are wrong, contact the municipal anagrafe.
