Have the notice, or its Codice Avviso and the creditor authority’s tax code, ready. Choose a channel listed by pagoPA and check the recipient and details before authorising. Check any fees with that provider.
If the payment outcome is unclear
Check the receipt and outcome through the channel used; do not immediately repay just because the page closed. Consult official support about an already-paid notice. Available receipts can be checked in IO.
