These rules describe how the initial Marketplace works and help keep listings safe and useful.

Private arrangements

The seller and interested person agree directly on price, payment, delivery and terms. MigraItalia does not collect the price or arrange shipping or delivery.

Seller responsibility

The seller must have the right to sell the product and describe it truthfully, including its price and condition.

Prohibited products

Do not list weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, personal documents, stolen goods, counterfeit products or other goods whose sale is illegal.

Safety

Do not send money or personal documents before verifying the other party’s identity and the product. Report suspicious listings to MigraItalia.
